Singapore: In this week's issue of Seatrade Asia Week we talk to V.Group's business development director in the region Manish Singh about how the $520m acquisition of the group by OMERS Private Equity will fuel its ambitions in Asia.

"It is a very, very good result. Part of the objective was to find a financial partner that buys into the growth strategy of which Asia is the key," Manish Singh, group business development director in Asia for V.Group, told Seatrade Asia Week.
"The deal will help us do what we want to do in Asia both in organic and inorganic growth."
